What I do..
First and foremost I am an artist. Songwriting and obscure language are my passions now but I come from a previous career in dance, choreography and circus. I was a performing artist for around 15 years and now I like to work out of my studio writing and producing songs for my artist projects and collaborators.
I am a university lecturer of songwriting, production and academic writing skills, with a particular passion for the power of language and it's uses in lyricism.
I have worked in entertainment for over 20 years in various roles including as a performer, teacher, business director, tour manager, booking agent, choreographer, show director and researcher. I have a BA in songwriting and MA in commercial songwriting and production, both with first class honours.
